Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GLP One ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit glpone.us.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
We collect a limited amount of information automatically when you visit the Site:
- Server access logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard request data, including IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps. We use this data for security, abuse prevention, and basic operation of the Site.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics or a similar privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites. We see aggregate counts of page visits, referrers, and approximate location at the country/region level.
- Affiliate click tracking. When you click an outbound link to an affiliate partner, we append non-personal tracking parameters that allow the partner to attribute the visit to GLP One. We do not collect your medical, financial, or personally identifying information.
We do not run sale-of-data trackers. We do not place advertising trackers on the Site at this time. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. Cookies
The Site does not set first-party cookies for analytics or advertising. Some browsers may set cookies of their own (for example, when handling fonts loaded from Google's CDN). If we add cookie-based services in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a cookie consent prompt.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to operate, secure, and improve the Site, comply with applicable law, and measure the effectiveness of our editorial and partner relationships in aggregate. We do not use it to build profiles of individual readers.
4. Sharing
We share the limited information we collect with service providers who help us operate the Site, including:
- Our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare).
- Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Affiliate partners, when you click an outbound link, by way of tracking parameters in the URL.
We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, the Site, and other users.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

6. Other US state privacy rights
If you reside in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, you may have substantially similar rights to those described in Section 5. You may exercise them by contacting us at the email above. We honor the most protective set of rights applicable to a verified request.
7. International users
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for US residents. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and consent to processing of your data in the United States.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical controls (HTTPS, secure hosting, security headers) to protect the Site. No internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults considering or researching GLP-1 medications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact hello@glpone.us.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Affiliate partners' privacy practices
When you click an outbound affiliate link, you leave GLP One and enter a third-party site with its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policy before submitting personal or medical information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
