G1 GLP One

Affiliate Disclosure

GLP One participates in affiliate partnerships. This page explains how those relationships work and why they do not influence the editorial content on this site.

What this means in plain English

When you click a link or button labeled "Check Your Eligibility," "See If You Qualify," or similar, we may earn a commission if you complete a sign-up, consultation, or purchase with our partner. The price you pay is the same whether you arrive through our link or directly through the partner's website. We are paid by the partner, not by you.

Who our partners are

Our primary partner is a telehealth service that connects patients with licensed clinicians who can evaluate eligibility for GLP-1 medications and, when clinically appropriate, prescribe FDA-approved or legally compounded options. We may add additional partners over time. The presence of an affiliate relationship is always disclosed in proximity to the link, in addition to this page and the disclosure banner that appears at the top of every page.

Why we use affiliate links

Operating an evidence-based information site about GLP-1 medications takes time. Affiliate commissions allow us to keep the content free for readers and to invest in research, fact-checking, and content updates. We disclose this clearly because the Federal Trade Commission requires it (16 CFR Part 255, "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising"), and because we believe readers deserve to know.

How affiliate relationships influence our content

Our editorial content is not for sale. We do not accept payment to recommend a specific drug, dose, or treatment approach. We do not adjust safety information, side effect data, or contraindications based on partner preferences. If a partner asks us to remove or soften information that we believe readers should have, we will refuse, and we are willing to lose the relationship. The clinical and safety content on this site is drawn from FDA-approved labeling, peer-reviewed clinical trials, and statements from authoritative bodies such as the FDA, American Diabetes Association, and Endocrine Society.

Where we do make recommendations, they reflect our honest assessment of the option that we believe is most appropriate for the typical reader: a telehealth pathway that uses a synchronous video evaluation with a licensed clinician, transparent pricing, and a partnership with a properly licensed compounding or dispensing pharmacy. We disclose this perspective rather than pretend it does not exist.

What we are not

GLP One is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service. We do not prescribe, dispense, or sell medications. We do not collect medical information. We do not have access to the medical records of any patient who clicks through to one of our partners.

We do not receive royalties, consulting fees, or marketing payments from any pharmaceutical manufacturer (including Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly, the manufacturers of the most-discussed GLP-1 medications). We are not paid by manufacturers to promote brand names.

How outbound clicks are tracked

When you click an affiliate link, we attach tracking parameters that identify the click as coming from GLP One. These parameters allow our partner to attribute the resulting account to our referral. The tracking does not include your name, email, medical information, or any personally identifying detail collected by us — we do not collect that information.

How to identify an affiliate link on this site

  • The disclosure banner ("Sponsored: This site contains affiliate links…") is fixed at the top of every page.
  • Inline disclosure text appears directly below each call-to-action button.
  • Affiliate links use rel="sponsored" attributes.

Updates and contact

We update this disclosure when our partners or relationships change. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change. If you have questions about affiliate relationships, please contact us at hello@glpone.us.com.
